Coaching services do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or medical advice.
While C.A.M.O. Fitness and Nutrition aims to provide the best coaching experience, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Individual progress depends on the effort, commitment, and adherence of the client. Dissatisfaction with the coach’s independent judgment or coaching style is a valid reason for termination and a refund request, provided it is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the next session.

Refund Policy
At C.A.M.O Fitness and Nutrition Coaching, the goal is to help you achieve fitness and nutrition goals through personalized coaching and support. Your success and satisfaction are important.

Generally, once coaching sessions are purchased, they are non-refundable. However, we do offer options for cancellations and unused sessions.
If you need to reschedule a session, please do so 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time by email. Failure to provide 24 hours’ advance notice will result in forfeiture of funds and your session time. Rescheduling a session time is subject to availability.

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency that prevents participation, please try to provide 24 hours’ advanced notice. An extension will be granted, or we will hold all of your sessions without expiration, to be rescheduled when you are feeling better at no additional cost. Rescheduling a session time is subject to availability.

Coach-Initiated Cancellations: If C.A.M.O Fitness and Nutrition must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly and offered an alternative appointment at no extra cost or a refund for the canceled session.
