Meet Casey
I’m Casey, and I’m not just the coach; I’m the owner of C.A.M.O. Fitness and Nutrition. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine to work as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I specialize in virtual training, so I can work with my clients where they feel most comfortable, and I’ve completed a specialization course in women's fitness. I am currently working towards completing my bachelor’s degree in health sciences and pursuing a master’s degree in fitness and wellness.

On a more personal note, I understand firsthand what it’s like to struggle with health conditions that can be limiting and challenging. I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, better known as P.O.T.S.; I have Hashimoto's disease, and I live with reactive hypoglycemia. In fact, it’s because of my conditions that C.A.M.O. came to be.

If you need help and are unsure where to start, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email. I will respond as soon as I can, and we can discuss whether C.A.M.O. and I are a good fit for you.
About C.A.M.O
C.A.M.O. Fitness and Nutrition Coaching is a virtual service. I will connect with you via Zoom, and based on your needs, I will create personalized programming for you. I do not pre-record or group drop workouts, nor do I mass email or share client information on social media. I work with a limited number of clients because C.A.M.O. focuses on meeting the individual needs of each client.

Current listed prices are reflective of pre-established programming. To get started, simply email C.A.M.O. and tell me a little about your situation. I will contact you and set up an introductory meeting where we can discuss your challenges and goals. If C.A.M.O. is a good fit for you, then we can get started.
C.A.M.O stands for Challenge, Adapt, Modify, and Overcome. C.A.M.O. was created after I, the owner, experienced a rapid onset of life-changing health challenges that nobody really knew how to navigate. I was told what to try, but not how, and most of the time, it didn’t work out very well. It was through careful modifications of exercise and diet that I was able to find balance. Was it a cure? NO. But I am now able to enjoy my life again. I faced a challenge that required me to adapt, and by learning how to modify my diet and exercise to fit my specific needs, I have overcome a lot and begun to thrive instead of merely survive. So many people struggle like I did, and I felt led to reach out, share my experience, and help others overcome their challenges; thus, C.A.M.O. was created.
